An easily modifiable subscription
You can modify your plan or cancel it directly from your customer area*, in the "subscriptions" section, by clicking on “Suspend my subscription” next to your current subscription.*
Please note that any changes to a subscription must be made no later than 48 hours before the initially planned renewal date in order to be taken into account.
It's very simple!
Suspend your subscription: Log in to your customer account, then click on the profile icon at the top right.
Go to the "subscriptions" section and click on "suspend my subscription". You will receive an email confirming the suspension.
Important: the suspension is taken into account if it was carried out 48 hours maximum before the renewal date of your subscription.
Reactivate your subscription: Go to the "subscriptions" section and click on the "I reactivate my subscription" button. You will receive an email confirming the reactivation and the next renewal date.
Yes, the subscription is available in the following countries: Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Vatican. I
The subscription is not available in the French overseas territories, the Spanish and Portuguese islands and the United Kingdom.
